the line up....

drunk elephant framboos serum

Drunk Elephant TLC Framboos Glycolic Night Serum

I became a DE fangirl during 2015 when I was pregnant with my youngest daughter.  Slowly noticing that my skin was dry, dull looking, and lackluster, I didn't know what to do to get that brighter, fresher effect. Someone recommended the DE line so I started researching and doing my reviews (I’m highly particular and never buy anything without doing this first.)

You will notice benefit from this serum after even just one exfoliates at the pore level. It’s pricey, but amazing.

Use after washing face at night but before moisturizer.

It’s my secret weapon.

But you HAVE to moisturize really well on top of it. Which brings me to the next product....

Drunk Elephant Marula Oil.

For your photos, dry skin is your worst nightmare.  Dry skin will make your makeup cling to dry patches and areas where skin is not well exfoliated. This oil hydrates like nothing else. Not only does the marula oil go deep into your skin, but it helps your skin better absorb anything it is paired with.

Add a drop or two to your moisturizer in your hand and mix it together with your finger. Apply nightly after the Framboos serum.

This stuff will make your skin look young, plump, and fresh looking for your photos.

(Or here is a mini size of it with the Framboos serum!)

cerave moisturizer

CeraVe Facial Moisturizing Lotion

Recommended by my dermatologist years ago (she knows her stuff!) this moisturizer is the best I've found.  It seems to have some sort of barometer for hydration, as I can use it year round and it delivers the perfect amount of moisture.  Contains ceramides which help your skin to absorb hydration from the air.

The best part is that you can find this stuff at Target, Walgreens, or even Kroger.  It's affordable and wonderful!

Put one or two pumps in your hand in combination with the marula oil above, and you're golden.

Drunk Elephant Lippe.

I’ve tried a lot of lip stuff, and was frustrated because nothing I used or recommended to my clients helped with chapping.  Chapping is very difficult to correct in post-processing, and has a tendency to be distracting in photos.

Enter DE’s Lippe. This stuff actually hydrates. Google it. The reviews are amazing. So worth it.
